Trips are safe, instructional, and focused on real on-the-water skills like reading tides, understanding water movement, selecting flies and presentations, improving casting, and targeting Gulf Coast species such as tarpon, snook, and redfish. Whether you prefer fly fishing or light tackle, you will gain hands-on experience while fishing some of Tampa Bay’s most productive waters. From the coastal estuaries to the open water nearby, Sarasota offers convenient access points. We launch from safe ramps with restrooms and parking so you can start the day comfortably and focus on the fishing.

4 Hour Trip $500 2 Person Max
A half day getaway to catch fish, see wildlife, and escape from reality for a little while. Perfect for those with limited time who still want to experience Tampa Bay’s incredible fishing opportunities and natural beauty.
6 Hour Trip $650 2 Person Max
Great option for anglers who are looking to catch fish, have fun, and learn something along the way. This extended trip allows more time to explore different spots and adjust to changing tides and conditions throughout the day.
8 Hour Trip $800 2 Person Max
Best option to maximize your opportunity to catch fish and pick up new tips and tricks that’ll help later in your fishing career. A full day on the water gives us the flexibility to chase multiple species and fish various areas.
When it comes to fly fishing in the Tampa/Sarasota area, I haven’t found a better guide than Captain Jake. He is a patient teacher and he is organized and prepared for our time on the water. He is a great communicator on and off the water. Most importantly, he’s a good person who knows how to put you on fish. I had and incredible day of fishing with Jake in December 2024 and I can’t wait to get back on the water with him.

Captain Jake is extremely knowledgeable about the fish behavior and conditions he was able to regularly predict and spot fish as well as give good guidance on the best way to pursue the fish took the time at the beginning of the day to make sure we were on the same page to set us up for success. 10/10 would recommend
